FOR SELLERS
We utilize a very aggressive marketing campaign to get our listings sold. The Multiple Listing Service has space for up to 24 photos, when applicable; we will fill that space right up with interior and exterior shots of the property.
As buyers view the property, we will obtain and review feedback. The seller will receive a written feedback report every 48 hours. Often, this feedback is helpful in determining what the buyers found to be negative features, which can often be remedied quite easily.
